It is dependant on which site you are interviewing for. The Lewisville, Texas site does not, but you do need to be able to multitask while typing.

The company will call you within a few days after you apply. It won't be a phone interview, just a recruiter that's going to schedule an in person interview. My in person interview took place the following week. Orientation was a week after that.

You do not take a typing test. However, you do have to take a voice test. You are provided with a script to read off of.

There are part-time shifts available, but you're only eligible for accrued sick leave and a few minor benefits. From what I understand, you can't get PTO, 401k, or insurance unless you're full-time.
