The actual job is not hard. The fact that the place is ran by people who make up and adhere to their own rules and guidelines makes it rough to do your job. The environment is toxic and extremely negative.

Find more educated people to work there, make sure that the company as a whole adheres to compliance regulations, give raises/show appreciation to staff and make sure that patient’s needs come first.
