Leasing Consultant for the Commons at Drum Hill (Former Employee) – North Chelmsford, MA – April 17, 2018
This is an excellent company to work for! If you work hard and show you're committed to the success of your property, you will get a lot out of it. They have the BEST training program but a healthy balance of helping out and giving their employees independence. Wish I was still working there but they do not have an office in Dallas, TX.
Independence, training, good benefits and commissions
Assistant Property Manager (Former Employee) – Braintree, MA – February 13, 2018
A great environment and wonderful people. They offer a lot of opportunities for training and are quick to promote from within. It is a tough job, but they make it fun! The short list of flaws is that they can sometimes be on the lower end of the pay scale and are often too conservative. They could improve on being more contemporary and a little less old fashioned.
Regional Leasing Consultant (Current Employee) – Braintree, MA – January 29, 2018
Productive and fun. A typical day you will always learn something new. Very customer service based. If you are looking into getting into property management, then this is a great company to start with.
Landscape Laborer (Former Employee) – Shrewsbury, MA – June 12, 2017
Difficult company to work for. The individuals at the property I worked at were very pleasant and understanding yet the corporate was not. The site was extremely understaffed and there was no break in site.
Maintenance Manager (Current Employee) – Boston, MA – April 10, 2017
You will never be bored there is always something to do. They understaff you to a frustrating degree. At the same token most of the employees are great workers and individuals. The benefits are good but the pay isn't great for what the company ask of you
Excellent place to work. They go above and beyond on treating employees very well
Maintenance Technician (Former Employee) – Stratton Hill Park- Worcester, Ma – March 18, 2016
In a world filled with unresponsive management, Corcoran doesn't have that reputation for a reason. They care about the future of the company an it starts with caring for the employee. Great benefits, vacation / personal time. Overtime & employee incentives.
Office Assistant (Former Employee) – brighton mass – July 29, 2015
Working at a housing complex very fast paced. You are working in the world of projection, constant renovation and mispleased residents. In an environment where there is alot to be done. Physically and mentally demanding.
Property Manager (Former Employee) – Braintree, MA – June 16, 2015
-Does not promote success or advancement within -Staff is committed and dedicated to company which can provide a family feeling -Pay is less than industry standard however; bonuses can be good -Issues are with higher management. They are distant from day to day property management and tend to base all opinions on the numbers. -Corcoran is not looking to expand rather remain small -Does not have an HR Department and staffing issues occur and are not handled properly
