Tampa location... Nights are 2pm until again 2pm UNTIL we are done it's production work people if you can't stay after an 8 hour shift this job isn't for you. Sometimes 2am or later sometimes 1230am it really varies on how big our load is for that day.

The Tampa location interview is normal. Dress casual. You will speak with HR first she basically go over everything you put on your application so be prepared to discuss it over and a few questions about why you left and the experience you have. Very easy interview very relaxing then you'll speak with the Warehouse Manger typical questions in any other interview. Have passion about what you like and you'll be fine. Do not lie on application they will call previous employer to verify dates of employment so if you quit say that trust me the truth will take you far than a lie.

Tampa location
Fill out application online received an email few days later to come in for interview. Received a call same day saying when can I come in for drug test. Started a week after drug screen.

Fix the warehouse issues once and for all instead of a 2week period let the drivers do there job and stay out of there way fix the management learn to communicate if u cant communicate they you dont need a 100 managers and 10 employees

Very unorganized. Supervisors do what the manager tells them. If the manager tells them nothing then they do nothing. Lots of hype about a being a team and ZERO action. Culture was very cold and lacking diversity within the management ranks.
