Very Cliquish Work Environment All Around
Account Representative (Former Employee) –  Baton Rouge, LAApril 1, 2019
At first my manager seemed to be interested in my training and learning curve and then didn’t have the time of day to understand how her particular behavior (showing favoritism) greatly impacted other co-workers performance. Management hired an outside vendor to evaluate workers performance and was very behind the scenes resulting in the letting go of valuable employees. The letting go was not even performed by my own boss. Very unpersonable and unethical.
Pros
Location of town
Cons
Negative Environment, Cliquish Management

Why does this company keep advertising for a paramedic
Thought it was a ALS EMS JOB (Current Employee) –  Louisiana, MONovember 25, 2018
This company only performs First Aid skills. I spoke with them at length and with employee. They have no clue they are operating outside the legal scope of practice. A paramedic can not provide EMT skills as a BLS first aid provider unless they hold a EMT OR EMR certificate. Why would any paramedic take a job as a first aid provider. This company doess not know what they are doing and are an offense to the EMS providers who are legally certified.

Good/fun employees, poor management
Healthcare Specialist (Former Employee) –  Baton Rouge, LAFebruary 20, 2018
Working here is not by any means a "hard" job, everything you do can and will be trained. However, you will 110% be lied to about your hours, your work load, raises (because you will NOT get one), etc. They do offer good benefits which is the only reason I gave a 2 star in that area but that is strictly ONLY based off benefits, the pay is HORRIBLE for your expectant work load. The people are pretty shady, be careful who you talk to. Management is poor, half of the people "over you" do not even have a medical background but will act like they are doctors and know way more than you.Lastly, do NOT ever think you're getting a "break" they do not care how many hours your shift is, an actual lunch break is out the question. "Eat as you work" is their motto.Overall, I did not have a good experience working here and I do not and will not ever recommend this job to anyone.
Pros
good benefits
Cons
Horrible Management

Wants to be a HUGE company but....
Business Development Manager (Former Employee) –  Baton Rouge, LAJanuary 9, 2017
Has potential but the lack of direction, lack of communication and upper management tends to not communicate with one another. You have to be able to wear many hats. There is zero training so you have to walk in with a book of business that will give you a head start while working on new accounts that might take a while to develop.
Pros
Great people
Cons
Management/Partners
