Management just cares about what you can do for them. Will make you learn different positions and not pay you extra to do more for what you were hired to do so. Does not give out raises unless threaten to quit or go to HR . No schedule. No raises even though they brag about how well the individual is doing

Highly intense working environment
Written by Geologist (Former Employee) from Houston, TX on July 13, 2017
Working under strong pressure all the time as the goals were set with little time to spare and with several projects running at once. Sometimes with several staff competing to use the instruments available.
Pros
Job location.
Cons
Very poor work/compensation relationship
