Therapy Assistant (Former Employee) –  Visalia, CAJuly 3, 2018
The staff is very friendly and willing to help you succeed. If you want this job, do not do it for the pay. Do it for the experience in this field. Most people who work in this field want to become a PT or OT. Use this experience to dream up a future practice.

I learned that if management didn't like you, then most of the work load and hours would go to other coworkers and that your ability to do simple tasks were always questioned.

I throughly enjoyed working here. The small staff and clinics are great, which give it a nice small business feel instead of a corporate vibe. Good patient care

great quality oupatient ortho clinic with long treatment times (45 min per treatment)
Senior Physical Therapist (Current Employee) –  San Rafael, CAJuly 16, 2017
I work with a great staff. It's a small clinic, so there is not a lot of drama which I love. Treatment times 45 minutes and never seeing 2 patients at once, so the quality of care is something to be very proud of.

Medical biller (Former Employee) –  Seattle, WAJune 1, 2015
Typical day included auditing new patient files, then approving charges for physical therapy and massage. Also, mailing paper claims and fulfilling medical records requests.

Management was overall very good - decent people to work for.

I learned a lot about medical billing and modifiers

Co-workers were a good group - got along with everyone.

The only part of the job that was "hard" was time management, but I kept up just fine.

Most enjoyable part of the job was completing a task.
Pros
Free quarterly massages, and ability to use exercise equipment.
Cons
No windows in my office.

Internship (Former Employee) –  Fullerton, CAAugust 19, 2014
Fast-paced outpatient clinic, where therapists work 4-10 hour days. If you prefer 3 days per week off over the standard 5-8 hour days, then this is a good choice.

Great place to work as a Physical Therapist!
Physical Therapist Licensed Applicant (PTLA) (Former Employee) –  Fullerton, CAJanuary 14, 2013
As a PT, working at CORE Physical Therapy you will see a wide diversity of patient caseloads, you will have co-workers that are knowledgable with different strengths to exchange ideas with, you will see patients each 30 minutes and evaluations from 30 min to 1 hour (depending on type of insurance). Overall, great place to work!
