Thank you for your feedback. CoreCivic is dedicated to the proper care of the inmates placed into our facilities, the company investigates and addresses all complaints in regards to inmate treatment.
Thank you for your feedback and review. CoreCivic prides itself on providing more than just a job for our employees, we provide opportunity and a career in corrections.
Thank you for your feedback. CoreCivic is always looking to improve and PreService training for new correctional officers is critical to ensuring new correctional officers are competent and confident in their job duties. Your feedback will be shared with the training department.
Thank you for your feedback. As an administrative clerk you would have worked in the administrative building removed from any interaction with inmates. It seems overly dramatic to state that you were concerned for your safety on a daily basis when you had little to no interaction with inmates other than janitorial staff.
Thank you for your feedback. Every employee matters and is important at CoreCivic. Please voice your opinion and speak up you will be heard.
Thank you for your feedback. El Paso is a re-entry transitional center where released felons or people in diversionary programs are checking in rather than being incarcerated. It is unusual that there are safety concerns on a daily basis as most ex-offenders work hard to stay out of trouble. The transient nature of community corrections is deliberate as the mission is to help ex offenders transition back into society. Every ex-offender who successfully completes their program and is released back into society is a success to be celebrated.
Thank you for your feedback. It is interesting that you claim we do not focus on training technology. CoreCivic has invested in a new cloud based LMS that goes live this year and has further invested in redesigning PreService training and hiring a field training manager. We now have 2 system administrators to manage the Learning Management System.
