Challenging & Rewarding
Asset Manager/Closing Officer (Former Employee) –  Denver, COApril 4, 2018
Hands down, the most challenging job I ever had! We managed and sold thousands of foreclosure properties across the nation. The exposure to working with clients, vendors, attorneys, real estate brokers in different state was a very rewarding experience.

Senior Staff fakes like they care about employees but they only care about your production goal and that you meet it everyday no matter the circumstance.

Ok place to work
Credit Processor Senior (Former Employee) –  Los Angeles, CAMarch 19, 2018
The hardest part of the job was executive management lack of transparency with middle level and associate level employees, eventually leading to layoffs. The most enjoyable part of the job was the people I worked with.

Corelogic Review
Customer Service Order placement Specialist (Current Employee) –  Bloomington, MNMarch 19, 2018
It just has some major kinks that need to be worked out in how they train new people. It also lacks clear set direction on what is needed of you. It also doesn't have much opportunity to advance with in the company.
Pros
Free lunch, Pto
Cons
Over time, strict sick day policies

CoreLogic is decent when you're looking for something more stable. I am huge on organization and and this company definitely lacked in that department. Communication could be better too.

Interesting work
SENIOR TAX RESEARCHER (Current Employee) –  Westlake, TXMarch 14, 2018
Work could be fun. There is a high turnover in mid management mainly due to unqualified candidates or too high of a workload. Seems that every new person gets the red carpet rolled out till they mess up. Loyal long time employees do not get noticed or appreciated.
I do enjoy my co-workers and had some nice people in mid management.
Pros
Free coffee
Cons
Loyal employees do not get noticed till they rock the boat

Good Contract Job
Underwriter/Auditor (Former Employee) –  Westlake, TXMarch 10, 2018
I was a contract employee along with many others. The pay was good, about $24.50 an hour for processing loan modifications. Management was nice. The environment was stressful due to the amount of loans you were expected to process. You had to rush to meet the expectations. Eventually it causes you stress.
Pros
Good pay, friendly management, good training
Cons
contract work so little to no benefits, stressful work environment

Current position Tax Researcher (Current Employee) –  Irving, TXMarch 8, 2018
Not a great place to work unless you just need a paycheck. No room for advancement and hourly wage very low. Also no bonuses, and raises have been non-existent since been here (1.5 years). Company demands a lot for low pay. Always want better and better numbers.
Pros
Free lunch occasionally
Cons
too numerous to list

Overworked, underpaid
Operation Services Associate (Current Employee) –  Irving, TXMarch 7, 2018
Compensation needs improvement. Most of the people have part-time jobs. That is just unheard of! A couple of years ago, the VP of Operations said that we were going to do more with less and he was not lying. My team has been understaffed, since day one. My supervisor is my saving grace. My team handles complaints/requests from our mortgage client, so everything is time-sensitive.
Pros
Flexible schedule
Cons
Poor compensation, Health insurance premium is high, no room for growth

Support Representative (Former Employee) –  Wauwatosa, WIFebruary 16, 2018
They need more VP's like the world needs another disease. The majority of work is a grindhouse settings with tons of stress and poor compensation. Don't bother trying to advance it is futile.
Pros
Occasional lunch provided
Cons
If you like being chained to a phone this is your company
