Out dated IV machines, out dated office chairs,computers, nurses station all at least 30 yrs old,low pay, over worked, mandated to work several hrs per week, no lunch, chaotic work schedule, no consideration or consistency in scheduling.

The working hours for me have been great. I’ve worked every shift and both 8 and 16 hours shifts. My site managers were very accommodating with scheduling as long as the scheduled was covered.

I was contacted by a recruiter after calling an 800 number in a newspaper ad. I was then scheduled for an interview and hired as a PRN, but soon transitioned into a full-time employee.

HSA was very unprofessional to all his staff. He would yell at the staff. Everyone was scared of him. No support from DON Or Nursing Supervisor.Very stressful environment.

Yes! Our scales are based on experience. Normally 0-12 years and after 12+ years they are at the top of the scale.

The only positions not based on experience would be PRN.
