Very quick and the general manager asked me what my major is in college and what I did outside of school. I mentioned that I volunteered at a nursing home and I was asked what kind of social media I used.

If your interviewing for management you sit down with a g.m and a district manager my interview lasted an hour an a half and i had to answer a 40 question management test.

You go through one manager the first interview and if you're good enough, you'll go to another manager some other day. Sometimes you go directly to the GM (general manager) and that's good. Seem very strong and confident during your interview and make sure you know your history about corner bakery AND know about customer services

Coming in for an interview, our staff recognize our potential new hire and offers them anything from a cold/hot beverage or a small snack. Our management team sits down with them and fully explains the ins and outs of the job they have applied for. We give them a short tour around the store and are very detailed ask, "What they can bring to the team".
