Take care of yr employees and they will take care of you. When you show appreciation they will show you (company) the same. Its as simple as that and every thing will fall in place. When the company looks out for there employees the employees look out for the company.

Haven't you noticed a common theme no matter which cornerstone location, management is terrible. They hire unqualified friends, don't know the first thing about leadership. Patient care suffers from lack of staff and managers who look the other way. There are more managers than clinical staff so it's always a stressful work environment.

It was very strange. The CEO said "So tell me about yourself." I had just read that is the laziest interview question. I said" You mean my pertinent experience? She said "No, all about you." I didn't focus only on experience and didn't get the job.
