Generally the people are great to work with, however, there is a sense of apathy from the staff due to lack of direction from the Director of Nurses, who unfortunately had no idea how to run an LTACH.

Lousy, they do nothing to help employee morale. Work load is insane, no pay raises. No help when you are ovverwhelmed!!

For the nurses that were there a long time, they made the floor I worked on a good place to be. We always tried to work the same days so we knew we could cover for each other. It is heavy and loaded work.
