Fun workplace
Management was okay. Worked at a Target call center. At first the job was enjoyable until they moved me to a different department. Black Friday was the busiest day with nonstop calls. Usually pretty slow other than that.

Recruiters wins and you lose
The big problem with recruiters is that they are typically paid based on two criteria: the salary of the jobs they put people in, and how many people they place. This might sound like a win-win, but really, it's a win for the recruiter and a loss for the job candidate

Enjoyable workplace
Cornerstone has actually found me 2 good jobs, it never takes longer than a week before they put me too work and the compensation has been good to keep a roof over my head. My recruiter has been good about putting me back to work each time with no hesitation, I enjoy working for them.

Customer service
I enjoyed working at cornerstone, the offered benefits and the management was great the only reason I left is because the campaign I was in was very underpaid for the work we did. Pay was 10.75/hr

Was a good place to get a temp job. They were pretty fast with their interviews. Didn’t see much room for advancement since it is a temporary agency.
