I’ve never worked through a temp agency before but CBJ has been so supportive, kind and exceedingly helpful in making sure I am informed , know where I’m going and doing on my first day and they’ve been so dedicated to making sure I know they’re here to help me with anything I may need on this new journey. They even text me on my first day asking how it went and if I needed anything. I’m absolutely impressed with the care they take of their new hires .

Just no. Not a good place and everyone is so catty. The drama is insane. You dont ever have a chance to actually move ahead in the company. Oh and the pay is weak.

Very conservative work place with very little room for advancement in the company.

Very conservative work place with very little room for advancement in the company. Upper management is very disconnected from what a healthy work environment should look like. Turn over for sourcers/recruiters is very high mostly due to lack of pay. They promise uncapped commissions on their job board posting to $500-$700 a month which is far from accurate. This is to make up for the very low hourly pay of $16 per hour.

Thank you for your time with our company. As you know, these positions are entry-level recruiters, which we call Sourcers. Most candidates come to us with little to no professional experience outside of a call center or retail environment. The position currently pays $18 per hour with commissions + bonuses that can average $500-$1000 per month provided you take advantage of the programs offered. Case in point, last month, your incentives alone came out to approximately $1400. This opportunity was available during your entire duration with the company.We provide hands-on training work with our Sourcers, helping them to obtain valuable real-world skills. Our goal is to promote internally. Not everyone meets the standards for internal promotion and sometimes, opportunities do not come available quickly enough to meet our team members' needs for financial growth. Over the years, we have had a handful of Sourcers leave for more senior recruiting jobs and we are always proud of them when they find these life-changing opportunities. The skills learned in our entry-level roles can create a lifetime career opportunity. I believe you are an example of this.Stating that promotional opportunities are limited is not fair, inaccurate, and disingenuous. 70% of our staff are in roles that were the direct result of a promotion. Of the 30% that are not, 20% were from outside hires and the remaining 10% have been with the company less than 1 year. Worked for this company for a very brief time

I worked at West Pharmaceutical through this company and the work was horrible and the people there were horrible and I am a hard worker but they don't like hard workers they keep lazy people who don't want to do their job. I complained about this and was immediately told not to come back and it was because I simply requested to have a different partner for the day because the day before the person I worked with complained all day and I left with a huge headache. This place is horrid and do NOT recommend anyone arriving for upward mobility to even think about this place unless you're a slacker then this place is perfect!
