They need better management, not a manager that does not train or support nursing staff.

Hire experienced supervisors who have at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience, who are supportive, warm, and polite to all of the clinical therapists, and have a clinical director who is fair and doesn't take sides of the clinical supervisors.

Company needs to be more supportive of nursing and mental health staff. At this company I received little to no supervision and when I did, it was all negative based. Most of my co-workers were down right rude, for example, not saying hello when coming in to work or asking how you are doing.

Hire supervisors that have actual experience with supervision, and ones that do not cross boundaries.A supervisor is supposed to complete the work load when an employee is sick or needs time off, not have their team do all the work in the absence of a team member. Have actual policies in place so that fairness and consistency is achieved.Supervisors should not be texting on Facebook with their employees on company computers to get information on what team members are doing. Supervisors should believe the clinician over the resident, and the clinician should not have to prove they are right over the resident, whom is a convicted felon.

Surprise management is what I found in CCS. The inability to read the coordinator mind was a downfall. The orientation and process of CCS is not well defined, new management, lack of leadership. Not a safe place to work.

Better pay, need better PROFESSIONAL management. They (management) will retaliate against you if u do something they don't like, like being transferred to another CCS facility.
Be fair to everyone not just your Friends or the people you like.
Be available to answer the phone if called. Not saying "don't call me unless an extreme emergency.
Should I continue.....

Managers treat employees fairly, quit using nurses as scapegoats to resolve an issues and to tell the truth. truth and trust issues are an integral part of relationships between managers and their employees. My greatest complaint is that it does not bother them to lie.

Train management on every job to the point the know and understand the job so they can learn how to fix things. Hire management who does not slander other staff members nor talk about their personal business to fellow staff when they are not there. We need professionals in charge who are always professional acting. We need people in charge who actually care about their staff and care about improving the areas that need improvement. When employee turn over is high it reflects on management. The last management was way better than the new ones this management has no clue what goes on daily in the areas and are expecting everything be perfect with less staff than stated in contract. In the past management would come help in different areas throughout the day during the highest need times if we were understaffed and that was awesome now its sink or swim. Management needs to be trained better and needs to have people in place who actually take the time to listen as well as treat others with dignity and respect. They also need to realize when they are over stepping their boundaries. Hire management who care about patients and stop trying to make nursing like factory work. Exit Interviews by a third party company so that you can get the reason people are leaving.
