Ridiculously low expectations from staff
CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) – Corry, PA – March 14, 2019
Of course the company wants people who will be the best employee they can be, however the pay is terrible for the amount of work and effort you put into the job. I'm also going to say that nothing they say in the interview is true. The job is really really really demanding and unfortunately if you are not working with people who will have your back then your pretty much on your own to take care of way to many residents, showers and all, then you have the computer work to complete before end of shift. It's a wonderful experience but it depends on the amount of support from the fellow employees that will improve the work experience and determine whether the shift is going to be a good one or a stressful enough one to give you a panic attack.....
Free lunch, paid CNA training
Bad pay, work environment
