I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this company. The owner of the company is such a nice guy, is very involved in the everyday running of the building. There is alway opportunity to excel and move forward here. The employees are all so nice and helpful, if I ever have a question I just ask and I get hands on training. The pay is great, benefits, and timely breaks. There is always something to do at the Decorated Cookie Company! Come join us, you won’t regret it!

They fire people and accuse them of majorly wrongdoing , always send workers home , most of the time there's not enough work , management was just horrible , they don't even write u up at all they just fire u or lay u off without verbal warning for minor things , most of the other workers who love it here just sit around and make the hard workers older employees do the work for them all , had a girl employee use the bathroom like 10 times in a day to cash app or Venmo the other employee or to get cigs from dollar general next door

The company provides a very comfortable and supportive work environment. The entire work process and specific duties are explained prior to being hired. Employees are treated with confidence and encouraged to achieve their best. The work envirement inspires me to achieve my best. Ownership/Management is very appreciative of a good days work and expresses this to employees on a daily basis and at performance reviews.

I have been working at Corso's for almost four years now. They are very family friendly when I have childcare issues and they have been super supportive whenever I have had family emergencies or a kid with a sick day. I work on the office side and am constantly amazed at how forward-thinking this company is with their products. They truly care about the people that work here and design their product line to support a year round staff (versus manufacturers who only care about the seasonal highs and lay off workers during the lows). I’ve been able to work on some very interesting and challenging projects and I’ve learned a ton working here, which makes this a most interesting position. I've also seen a lot of people who are driven get quickly promoted when they show they are serious about their jobs. This company rewards hard work and is very collaborative and welcoming of new ideas and approaches.I think what I appreciate most about this company is that the owners work just as hard as the staff! Many times in the past when we have been extremely busy and short staffed, the owners, as well as the office staff, will switch gears and work where we needed, in order to help the production staff. Sometimes it’s meant working over the weekend, but overall, the schedule is a very manageable Monday through Friday. People who do well here are friendly, have a positive attitude, work hard, are willing to learn, can take constructive feedback, and care about producing a good product and moving it out the door on time.
