Great place to work!
ASST. PROJECT MANAGER (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAMay 20, 2019
Cortland is a fantastic place to work day to day. They are a great company with strong values and try as much as they can to maintain and stay true to their core values. However, with recent changes to personnel, the company's future is currently shaky

Hey, there! We’re so happy to hear that you love our core values as much as we do! These values drive the way we operate – and permeate every aspect of our company to drive our success. Our core values are the pillars that uphold our culture and our company. As we continue to grow, we need you to be an ambassador not only for Cortland, but also for our culture – so keep up the great work, Cortlandian! #GrowTogetherAndPlayAsATeam – Jonathan Tucker, EVP of Operations & Facilities

Senior Service Technician (Former Employee) –  Carrollton, TXJune 25, 2019
Good company to work for. They change things often which can be stressful but overall I really enjoyed my time there!! Cortland will be the leader in apartment management one day..The only reason I am not currently with them is because they dont have any properties where I live,

Cortland Review
Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXJune 4, 2019
As a hard worker who will do anything to get the job done I will write this review about my experience at Cortland based on what I saw while I was there. From the beginning of my employment there I became a great employee. I am smart and learned this job very easily. I was rewarded for this because I worked very hard with no questions. My boss never doubted my abilities. I was sent to other locations that were not doing well to improve them and did my job as always. This job was good but the company stopped buying properties so I got laid off from the lack of new projects.
Pros
Pay
Cons
Company stopped buying properties.

We’re pivoting our business model to continue taking the multifamily industry by storm, resulting in changes to personnel.
