I think much of this would vary from office to office. That being said, I haven’t seen employees who actually work complain of micro-managing. The ones who keep their faces buried in their phones might, but they also need it.
Micromanagement and Favoritism run amuke.
No teamwork. You swim with the sharks.
Management is very difficult. Blame is placed without facts given to back it up. They are desperate to keep their customers and over react to things that their customers haven't even complained about. I am an extremely hard worker and dependable, but I have never been treated so poorly as I have been at Corvel. I regret taking this job.
Stressful. Under paid & over worked.
Over worked & under paid. Management needs to work on communication.
Stressful and under paid
