Stop paying your employees minimum wage when you know that minimum cannot support life.
Do not cut hours from stores that need them.
Stop trying to make people work more than they are humanly possible.

Listen to your employee (not just DMs) and customer concerns and complaints. Make it easier to talk to HR or a third party for
employees to express concerns to. Also, visit more stores often and without warning to see what is really going on store to store. Poor management seems to be the top complaint amongst employees that leave. I think managers are given too much warning when they believe their store could be stopped in at. It gives them time to put on a fake face and create an artificial workplace.
