There are no advancements within the company. They only have 1 full timer, which is the manager, and unless they quit or get fired, you might be up for consideration.

You may be pursueded to work above average for higher pay or advancements but it won’t happen. They are cutting costs, cutting assistant manager positions and cutting benefits. They are purposely hiring mainly part time employees now to limit benefits and growth. NO ROOM for growth even with hard work and dedication.

Advancement is slim to none. If you want to apply for another position your manager has to sign the internal application and give you approval for transferring positions. Most managers will not approve it as then they are left short staffed in their own store. There isn’t too many positions anyways to advance in to..Only options are assist mananger, manager and district manager which they just restructured and cut out around half the DM positions, so good luck moving any further than store manager.

It is entirely up to the individual applying and their proven abilities to make their company a comfortable place. Advancements only happen when an employee is capable of moving forward. Any employment opportunity has room for growth.

I currently work in management for cosmoprof. The pay starts at $10🤣 hr. They are now in the final phase of SBH2020. They are cutting employee hours so no one gets full time or holiday pay except Managers. They say we should give our customers Epic service. We would love to focus on selling your product to the customers we have come to love. But when you cut hours in high performing stores, we spend the entire week putting away our 200+ boxes of shipment and dont have the time to give customers the time and attention they deserve let alone any other tasks. If I could spend time focusing on our customers my numbers would soar ....not that they arent but.. We are losing sales due to out of stocks. Please give us the tools to help our company to succeed!! Currently they are eliminating jobs and closing stores so I would have to say their is no room for growth at this time.

There really isn't much room to advance in this company, most stores only employ 3 people. If your a manager the only room to advance is district manager and they hire from outside the company!

Sure, because they get desperate because the managers get tired of the upper management being unreasonable and the pay for what they expect managers to do is rediculous.
