The recruiting process at CoStar is first class. I applied through indeed.com and within a week I received an email from a recruiter, followed by a phone interview the recruiter and another phone interview with the hiring manager. I was impressed with the communication process by the recruiter. I got a respond to all my emails. The phone interview was followed by an office interview. Everyone was warm and professional. I received an offer and I accepted.
They offer tuition reimbursement if it's related to the business or will help you grow in your current role with CoStar
The micromanaging is monotonous, meeting daily metrics under unrealistic time constraints, the way management speaks to FR's in a reprimanding tone. No respect to FR's but was demanded to them by FR's. Management does not consider environmental factors involving FR's day. Having to rush constantly. Explaining in detail every minute of FR's day on FR's timesheet including when FR needed to take bathroom breaks. They embarrass FR's. Very stressful trying to find a bathroom that a business will let FR's use without a purchase. Very stressful job. Having to work in small car daily will have FR's going to physical therapy for shoulder and back issues. Car tracking and app tracking aren't accurate and management will use against FR's. Camera in car and tracking on FR's all the time but will still ask where FR's are and what FR's are doing. FR's getting attacked by people who don't like them taking pictures of the buildings they are at hence the "panic" button in the car. It turns on the video to record an incident. Low salary.
