In terms of Technology jobs, here's my cents:
Don't have a strong opinion. they look at such candidate as hostile.
Prepare on the 30 min presentation really well and pick a topic that best describes you (something you've achieved in your career)
General technical interview questions are very straightforward.
Ask a lot of questions. Prepare a questionnaire, ask about raise, bonus, PTO, Telecommute during an emergency. career moves. When's the next promotion due for your position? Kind of work you'll be doing. Ask questions on some cutting edge that you're interested in. CoStar typically is not very cutting edge but if that's not something you're looking for, you'll be fine.
Negotiate on salary, they will negotiate. They also offer sign on bonus (ask for it).
