Merchandise Clerk in Sterling, VA

The people who have been working there for many years make good money about 23 hourly. You have to work there many years to make this kind of money. It can get busy especially during holidays. It was an ok place to work.
Merchandiser in Palm Desert, CA

Very fast paced, although help stretched extremely thin at times...strong employees are routinely pressed for extra duties, while other employees fly under the radar without penalty...
Forklift Operator in San Antonio, TX

Great place to work but no room for advancement unless you are willing to relocate .the pay is decent and the benefits are great . There is a lot of favoritism.
Cashier/Cashier Assistant in Kansas City, MO

Great medical benefits, management sucks and lack of communication is their major problem. Job training is non existent as they have a “sink of swim” method of training. The company has long standing employees, but those employees worked for an entirely different Costco management team during a time when it was a great company that truly cared for their employees. Micromanaging is their forte and they are absolutely great at that. Different managers each have their “way” of how the company is ran, which is gets confusing as they change rules and policies based on who you ask. The pay is pretty fair for the industry and the benefits are great!
Member Service Associate in San Diego, CA

The job is a very enjoyable job if you enjoy putting your head down at times and getting work done as well as helping people do their shopping. However you will also have to look past some blatant corruption upstairs in management.

A lot of the Standard ones, but they value honesty and work ethic, be honest with yourself here, if you're not those things, you really won't last very long with them.
