I had about 5 weeks of vacation and they would not let me take not one day off. They worked me odd hours at times, because I was at the top of my pay scale and wanted to get rid of me. I left and went back to college in Mechanical Engineering Graphics Design. Later I went to college in Information Sytems - Business Intelligence and graduated with an Assocaite's in Applied Science Degree.

I was getting hurt at the bakery from lifting heavy duty muffin pans and trays (very greasy and so was the floor). Also lifting heavy frozen bagel boxes and such from the freezer. It was such a such fast paced-non stop-go,go,go -there were times I’d drop the of stacked trays on my foot. Also senior employee barking orders at you that you are not going fast enough even though you are physically working very, very hard and sweating like ina sauna. Fellow staff members haveno patience whatsoever! Not worth getting hurt and have a permanent injury for a minimum pay! Warehouse jobs are not for me!

I enjoyed my time at Costco. When I started I was a seasonal cashier assistant. When I was hired back I became a stocker then moved to clothing and then back up front. Sadly because of a new heating system that was put in budget cuts happened and I was forced into the food court or get released. I wasn't happy in there so I gave my resignation and left. Too many supervisors and managers kept things in flux. I miss the store and my coworkers.
