responding to service calls in timely matter
work is not bad, only thing It takes time is getting from point a to b, lots of driving, big area to cover, good place to gain skills when it comes to digital printing, hardware side, as well software and networking side, day could be all mechanical issue or it can be software or networking day as well calibration setting up print servers, copy quality issues and similar. Want to expend skills on software and networking side, not so much when it comes to hardware or mechanical issue.
management is alright, reasonable when it come to time off, ordering expensive parts than is necessary to resolve problem, sometimes little bit on micro management but nothing that can't be handled.
