My particular team seems to fluctuate between "no pace" and "hyper pace", management will act like 80% of us don't exist until they get some sort of command from above that then results in them compulsively micromanaging.

The hours are 8 daily, sometimes there is a little overtime but most often not. We are encourged to complete our daily tasks in the 8 hour time period and I was able to accomplish that for the most part with a few minutes over sometimes to complete good notes for the next agent.
