You can work hard and stand out for the right reasons, but if someone in management doesnt like you, youre done. They also offer cross training for employees, without a pay raise or any incentive to keep up. Basically theyll call you in on your day off to cover for someone if you have the skills they need.

I applied online. I was called in to take a basic skills test and interview. I interviewed with the department manager and then he took me on a tour of the facility. Interview was average I would say. I passed my skills test. Just waiting on them to make a decision.

Depends on the department...production works continental shifts (12 hour days) every day of the week based on demand. Quality works any day with zero consistency in scheduling, and can work 8 hour or 12 hour days. Changes in the work schedule can happen literally within an hour of your shift ending to make you work an extra 4 hours if someone calls in...extremely poor work/life balance.
