Avoid st all costs! They will treat you like a tool to be used and thrown away when they find another rube to be exploited. You will quickly find out that managers and hourly employees have a high turnover rate. On top of that, managers are wholly incompetent and use fear of termination to control employees.
Every day a different opportunity, fast moving, need to be creative and enjoy fast paced. Good management focused on the strategy and implementation. Employees focused on new opportunities and hands on work succeed!
Cott is a decent place to learn and get experience in a large industry however the long-term career growth is just not there and they do not do a very good job at building-up their workforce and the underlying interdepartmental trust is missing that should be there. Politics plays huge at Cott and it's a toss up whether your manager will be a truly trustworthy person. Generally good hardworking people but there are major defects in the leadership that need to be addressed for the long-term stability of the company and it's employees.
