If you are sick, or have a specific schedule, they are more then willing to work with you to insure you are not only taken care of but also happy.

The sick policy is fairly lenient for the mos part(in the beginning). At one point tho I was off for about a week with bronchitis, gave a note from the doctor saying I couldn't work, and they gave hassle for it. Also, a day I was throwing up in a clients home and could barely stand, I called them manager to request I go home to recover and she actually yelled at me over the phone, completely inappropriate.

You do not get paid for sick days and from my experience when u call off they will start cutting the little hours you do get. NO SICK DAYS.
