Co-workers are amazing. Unfortunately, management is lacking in people skills. Quality work is less appreciated than long hours. For an underachiever, this may be an ideal place to work, but for those who work hard, their efforts will not get them anywhere except for more work for the same pay.
Prosco-workers, 40+ hrs
Conslong hours, underpaid, always increasing workload expectations
