Country Pure Foods will hire a person with a felony. Why wouldn't they as long as you can do your job. It is a Company and all Companies are in business to make money and profits that is how they pay their employee's and how the Company stays in business. That is the simple nature of how a Company any Company works. It is not a Companies fault that you did not get employed. I have a few felonies on my record. But i do not blame a Company for not hiring me. To do so is an excuse. I have been hired by Companies that i thought would never hire a person with a criminal record. I obtained the job by being honest and forthright. And not blaming other's for my actions. If you are to ever obtain employment then you need to start being honest with yourself about your actions. A Company may not like the fact that i have a less than perfect background but they will never be able to say that i was not honest about it. And in most cases an employer will be re-leaved that you came out and told them about your past. Because it tells and shows them that you are honest. It is one less thing that the Company has to worry about. I live in Connecticut and i will be trying to obtain employment at the Ellington, CT. location on route 30. it is a few miles down the road for my home town. I believe that honesty is the best thing in life even if i am talking about things that are uncomfortable to talk about.
