Laid back job really can do whatever jus have to show up. Flexible schedule is decent ,Terrible supervisors with no motivation or training themselves. Lack of training & respect. No room to grow in this job. Supervisor stands over you but doesn’t help or really know what to do

I work in a sales role in a competitive marketplace. County Materials policies and culture give me a strong advantage to be the best that I can be every day. Hard work is rewarded and advancement from within is encouraged. County Materials will invest in you with extensive and ongoing training.

Extremely unsafe company to work for they have you go into live electrical panels and want you to fix things when you don’t have the proper training, poor management, horrible training, if your not buddy buddy with the bosses they will treat you like dirt and push you out, they have horrible pay for what they want and expect you to do, you can pretty much sit on your phone all day and let bad product go buy and no one cares, absolutely NO accountability what so ever there, they have a high turn over rate because it is that bad of a place to work, they treat their employees horribly, barely any appreciation for their employees, horrible raises, health insurance is outrageously expensive too

When you walk through the doors at County Materials you will find a few distinct things about this company: 1. Support - I have been provided many opportunities to travel the country to learn and educate myself about our product, industry, and company. They invest in my future by also providing me with ample opportunities to enhance personal skills (Dale Carnegie Training through industry partners) , and career skills (relevant and frequent sales training). 2. Opportunity - If you have work ethic and are willing to apply yourself, County Materials recognizes this through providing you opportunity to learn and most importantly advance your career. This is a fact!3. Culture - Being a large Company, I feel County Materials has still held onto the values of a family owned business. It is a very down to earth, blue collar company that shows appreciation for its people. This can be directly observed from the top down. 4. Community - The Sonnentag family provides and encourages opportunities to support different groups and aspects of the communities that we live in. Through the Sonnentag Foundation, County Materials holds a genuine interest in supporting our veterans, local schools, and many other community aspects within their out reach.
