Only mandatory once after orientation and DOJ background check and health test (TB), a form is mailed to you to go to a specific location due by a specific date for supervised urine test.

Not true. You can have a Felony and still work for Riv Co. 22 years ago i had a felony. The county looks at the length of time since the felony and if you have stayed out of trouble since then. Never let anyone tell ypu you can't. Si se puedo.

Yes it should disqualify you. You should not try to work if you are already disqualified in another state. You should wait until it is resolved before trying to work. Try to work doing another job until this is rectified.
