Because I held my employees accountable.
No one is listening enough to make a change in the areas that need improvement. Employees are allowed to bully and team up against co-workers, supervisors, management and no one sees through it or supports reprimanding these types of employees creating bad environments for many who just want to do their job.
I just want to know why are so many posted jobs, Temporary? I.was interested in a couple of jobs. But I am looking for long term. Thank you.
Disingenuous upper management who show little regard for their subordinate staff. Corrupt .. promoting themselves and their friends and leaving the rest of the department worried about whether they will have a job once the new Shared Services model is implemented
