They don’t tell you your sick accuracies because Managers don’t know. You have to contact Corporate( Human Resources) for that and they can be of annoyance because they get annoyed of you asking them of your rights .
After your 90 days period they offer it to you, More like you have to chase the managers or constantly contact a HR Representative to for the enrollment process.
Oh Heads up!!!....And if you decided to depart from the company , like example today be expected your benefits to be terminated tomorrow or the end of week. By law the employer supposed to give you at least the rest of the benefits period to use like 30 days. That rest of the month basically not... 24 hrs and you’re completely out to dry . They don’t care.
