I use to feel happy at one point until I got to know the real side of every single person. Managers, Dispatchers, and would speak poorly about each other and about speak poorly about other drivers to others Drivers. And smile in your face as if you didn’t know like what you found out and ..Favoritisms before other deserveable drivers would get better Vans and better routes so you’re left with the Scrapp dump they give you. And if you refuse they threaten to fire you.. but if their favorite driver refuse a route or a van .. they (site managers) comprise by forcing another driver to give up a van or a route with a snap of a finger ( figuratively) but they well switch your route on site without you even knowing.. to give to their favorite.
.
Knowing there’s no room for growth as a driver. Managers can move up apparently but not the drivers ... we’ll just the favorite ones.
It’s a repeative cycle that keeps going on and going. And where are you in that cycle? Sucked and drained out from the dead end .

I enjoyed going into work when the head supervisor was not there. He was very disrespectful and unprofessional.
