Bad Management!!!!, Corporate needs to regroup and take these reviews into consideration.

Hire people with college degrees (not drivers that clearly has no managerial background ) and hire people who take their job seriously without overstepping boundaries, Hire people who is for drivers and who can reach a compromise and be humble in their position no matter what the circumstances.

Bad Management (only 1 Dispatcher that REALLY knows & cares) Vans look like they were used by Crash Dummies - Equipment is TERRIBLE - packages seem to be loaded into vans wrong - ALL THIS ON A DAILY BASIS!!
