Management is usually family and close friends. They do not respect the employees and they will not pay u your overtime or missed days if u don't notice. They have a revolving door for new employees guaranteed, if ur not on the inside with management, there is no room for growth.

Site Managers are never helpful in stressful times, during load times is when we need the most help (especially with racks) but one site manager rather yell( 15 mins repeatedly with in milliseconds ) and stare at drivers as soon they enter in the building and the other just disappears and when you find him hes to busy to help because he’s doing own thing. Was like that every day.

All over the place. Poorly managed. They allow certain people to sit around without going on deliveries and hand pick who they want to make deliveries. Tge lack of professionalism is unbearable.
