The service manager sucks he is rude to everyone and all he cares is about himself. The assistant service manager is a snake. They had the best GM and they got rid of him hopefully the service director and his assistant is next.

New managers made it difficult to know what your job duties were on a daily bases. They were very unorganized. Didn't matter how hard you tried or go above and beyond it was not recognized.

Teriable place to work . The business manager doesn't have any knowledge and no respect for employee . They need more educated manager , as well as how to respect people as a company. If you want to work for this place be ready to not get any training.

This place needs better management

A typical day with current management is really slow paced unless you're in the internet department. You get leads and need to answer them but when you set appointments there isnt any parkeing because the location is small. When you talk to managment they dont want toc hange anything. The people currently managing the place arr Larry , Raul and Brenton. They are all from Arizona and need to learn a thing or two about managing a succesful team.

Most stressful and unorganized place to work for

Very unorganized, hostile work environment. Office manager has no respect for employees. Definitely think twice before applying here. Company has no integrity for customers or employees.

High turn over rate

In four and a half years that I was working there they have been through 5 service managers and countless service advisors. Very high turnover as no one is willing to stay due to the disorganization and poor management.

What I enjoyed about this position was everyday interaction with customers on the lot or on the showroom floor. My position was to sale New or Used cars to various of customers. Educate them on certain types of cars and features. Input their information into our system and if they have a trade inn or down payment input that as well into the system. Work close with other salesperson on the need of certain cars that they customers might be interested in.
