1 month start to finish, one screening phone interview, 2 face to face interviews with 2 people each time. Offer made a week later. Know your history, skill set and goals. Be prepared to answer some tough questions about situational experiences past. Very pleasant people, show them why they should hire you and they will.

When I was first hired, the steps went through a temp agency and then you were hired after 90 days. Now the process I think is more lengthy. I think there is a phone interview, an HR interview and then a supervisor interview.
