The management team is primarily DSP's that have been promoted, regardless of education, training, or skill. They don't have a clue how to manage a team, so they rule through fear and intimidation. Management is secretive, and suspicious. If you want to be micro managed by a bunch of incompetent managers, this is the perfect job for you!

This job allows me to support individuals with disabilities in beautiful homes. The individuals served are treated with the utmost respect and everyone on the management team supports them while prioritizing person-centered practices. Great people, great environment, and great support!

Management is rude, they take forever to get important things taken care of. The house manager for one side of the houses is lazy and one of the rudest people I’ve ever worked with in my life. You definitely don’t get paid enough to deal with the poor management, and a bunch of lazy coworkers.
