Very Stressful, No advancement opportunities, Compensation isn't worth the job being done
PATIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Current Employee) – Knoxville, TN – June 18, 2019
This job is a very stressful one with no advancement opportunities, and little pay. No vacation unless you have time built up for it, but that time you build up you also have to use for sick days, holidays, and anytime the office is closed. The pay is not enough to live off of, not worth the stress you endure daily, and not enough to cover medical expenses from catching ever virus that walks through the office door. Management expects you to not get sick even though you encounter sick people everyday. Management also likes to create unnecessary drama and make the workplace toxic. Management will also make it seem like they are going to promote within and then hire from outside. The only thing good about this company is the benefits. Even then though if you don't go to a covenant facility, more than likely insurance won't cover fully and you'll be stuck with a bill. I don't recommend working for this company unless you are higher up in the ranks so to speak.
Little compensation, very stressful, no advancement
