There is an annual review of performance for the past two years. No guarantees for a raise but if you do get one expect 0.25 - 0.50 cents per hour. Managers are told to look for reasons to not give raises
Was with them for two plus years, never saw a dime! However, they LOVE to take your money with something called 'billing efficiency'. AKA if you hand something in late ( and there are other factors) they will dock your hourly pay rate for the ENTIRE WEEK! So maybe instead of making $22/hour that week, you might make $21.50 that week. What a great company. NOT!
Very rarely. good luck with that one.
