Coventbridge is a very good company to work I just wish they had more work in my area. they are not a company that micromanages you. You basically work at your own pace.
Pros
Not micro managed
Cons
Not enough work

Poor Company to work for
Investigator (Former Employee) –  LouisianaFebruary 1, 2019
Cannot ever reach manager, not even paid federal standard for mileage; however, they give a fuel card. They will say you have a fuel overage the minute you start to use it, and each time your bill will grow. They also do not like when you question their reasons when it seems against you. They do not have any logistical sense in mapping case closest to investigator location.
Pros
decent hourly wage
Cons
every aspect of this company

Money is #1

The company tries to push through as many investigations as possible with little regard for the investigators. Company charges around $75 per hour for investigations and pay investigators less than $20.
Pros
No Office to report to
Cons
No regard for employeees

Better investigation work available
Investigator (Former Employee) –  KYFebruary 19, 2017
I left after a yea and a half of the worst job experience in my life. The manager lived on the west coast and her staff were in the east coast, she tried to micromanage inspectors who had far more experience and knowledge of investigations. The travel is over the top, one inspector cannot cover an entire state then add bordering states, and they cannot keep inspectors due to inept management from top to bottom.
Pros
None
Cons
Everything

Don't do it.
Investigator (Current Employee) –  New JerseyFebruary 2, 2017
There was no work life balance. Management seem to change every other week without any kind of notice. They are in the middle of trying to figure out which kind of company they want to be. Due to that no investigator knew anything.

Don't Go for it!
Investigator (Former Employee) –  IowaDecember 3, 2016
Company is a joke. Investigators are treated with no respect and with low wages for what the company charges their clients. You will be quickly trained and thrown into the field with out any assistance. Management does not care about you as long as someone handles the case so they can meet their quota. There are better jobs out there. You will travel up to 4 hours a day to and from a case and they expect you to have all reports done in the same day then back at it next day. Investigators come and go once they see what the company is all about.
Cons
Over worked, little pay, no home or social life with the countless extra hours that will be required
