Loved working for CoventBridge
Controller (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLFebruary 17, 2017
Due to new management structure, my position was eliminated.
Daily day at work was a pleasure. The atmosphere was like a small family. Diverse work culture. Management is outstanding and very engaged in daily activities. CEO speaks to all employees and does not hesitate taking employees calls. Most enjoyable part of the job was the work itself, but doing it in such an accepting and fun environment. Hardest part of the job was building the finance team and ensuring the cohesiveness between all members.
Pros
Company culture is very diverse
Cons
New company working on new processes, but heading in the right direction

Unfair wages and no internal communication

The only time you get paid the promised $20+ an hour is only during investigation hours. Your report writing time, driving time, and any other time you dedicate to work is paid at minimum wage. Report writing templates are constantly being changed as well as the policy of how to perform surveillance depending on the company. It’s nearly impossible to keep up. You’re also expected to write the samerepirt several different ways and submit each of them. There is no such thing as working smart, not hard. You work very hard for no reason.

If you want to work really hard and get paid minimum wage for it, apply here.

They advertise a pay rate of $20/hr. In reality it is closer to minimum wage. They pay a full 20 bucks per hour for very few things you do. It comes down to minimum wage for the most part.
