Phone Interview, On site its multiple interviewers. I don't know if the process is the same for each department, but for the one I applied for they were reading from a thick packet. The questions asked wasn't really related to the position, my work ethic, and my work experience (What was the last book I read? What was the last skill set I've learned not related to work and how did I learn it? How would they know if I was mad?) They claimed it was the STAR method, but they were more focused on the action and end result instead of knowing how I get to that point. One of the interviews kept cutting me off and it doesn't make it better if its a language barrier. I really wasn't feeling the vibe with them, but I've heard other people experience were different, so maybe its just that particular department. I would apply for another position with Cox for sure, but not for that department.

Yes you can through a dealer, then you end up paying through the nose from everybodys fees and taxes. dealers pay 500.00 for the car and sell it to you at 3-4 thousand. not worth it.

Don’t be fooled by the PTO package. You still put in extensive hours to be able to be out of the office for doctor’s appointments or staycations etc. We really don’t get much time off.

Company is okay to work for alot of uncertainty however they need to improve on cutting costs to reduce lay offs. Just found Cox Automotive field sales get company cars, reimbursements, cell phones, and is paid a ton. I think they need to cut their budgeting for sales and we may be okay. Our competitors have account managers not field sales I don't know why we don't have that. Other than that I'm looking to see what changes will help us meet our goal.
