CSR Management Needs Work
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Stafford, TX – April 11, 2016
The CSR's are overworked and the call volume per person is insanely tiring. Favoritism is extremely prominent, rules apply to some and not to others. The owners seem to really care about the employees but the CSR department definitely needs work. It seems as though everyone walks on egg shells and are afraid to lose their job on a daily basis. Some employees are scrutinized often while others are praised, regardless of work ethic.
This position is one that is completely mentally draining. The amount of calls one takes per day completely diminishes any drive (or ability) to stay happy, friendly, and productive. The hours are late, the schedule tends to repeat itself instead of being random, and there are more Saturdays per month to be worked than what is shown in the job postings (1 per month).
