Nice people but too much drinking and no opportunity for advancement
Employee (Former Employee) – Foster City, CA – December 26, 2018
There are many nice people who work for this company, and most work hard. However, there is a culture of excessive drinking and partying. No opportunity for advancement. Some managers should not manage people as they lack the experience or knowledge but since the CEO likes them, they move up.

There were a lot of nice people in the office, but it was obvious that there was a lot of favoritism and very "cliquey". Some times you wondered if people worked because there were some that often played games such as darts during the work day. If you were "in" with the CEO you were good. It was NOT a very professional environment.

I left within a year's time as cPrime company culture and I were mis-aligned.
I state clearly that this was my personal experience working directly for cPrime. cPrime places professionals at clients and those professionals were managed and treated with the utmost respect and to this day I still refer my project management professionals in that direction.
